Price script?

Can anybody guide to a good and simple price script for witnesses?... I know there are a few but I would prefer one that does not require to have my cli-wallet open.

The one I use uses cli_wallet, so it doesn't sound like what you are looking for. You could try asking in the #witness channel of steemit.chat. The group there may be able to help.
