You make it easy with your easy-going ways but I think the responses to your Untalented prove that though it may be easy to be true it somehow is not what people do.
We take the nth option, not the first and easiest!

Yes, i do it too. The other route is hard as well or mayb we tend to think it is and never attempt it at all. Sometimes, the first simple solution looks dump but that is where the substance and self belief of the human comes in. Real life experience.. someone had no dime but he wanted a nice car, so he walked into a car shop and was asking the price of a fancy car, even without a dime. Another man walked in and this person wanted a car for his wife and coincidentally, it was the same car that this other man was asking price about. thinking that this man was about to buy that car. he went to plead, saying he wanted that exact car for his wife and told him: pick any other car and i will pay for it. just leave this one for me today. The other man went home with a car. Bottomline, he tried the basic easy even illogical thing bt it also had a lot to do with his self confidence, mentality and how he sees himself.
Sometimes too we over think things because it normal based on our experience. Even Jehovah God, it is not like he doesn't know our needs but HE still wants us to ask.

This is an interesting point - we must ask, even God cannot help if we do not ask - we must ACTIVATE the powers of the universe by desiring and acting in accordance to the TRUTH.
