There's no ultimate way to success on this platform, everyone needs to find their own way. For sure making a good introduction helps. Here's some nice example of a great #introduceyourself type of post that I've found recently:

Engage with the community, avoid low effort posts and comments, focus on a high quality original content, work hard, be patient... and do that only when you like it. Treat potential rewards only as a nice side effect.
