I've ceased my price feed bias because of the stable and now somewhat risen price of STEEM. I think it's important to stay on top of the bias if the market is no longer in a long slide downwards.

Thanks @pfunk - I updated the guide to add clarity to when this should be used: "if the market conditions are not resulting in a conversion near one USD".
