This is not a correct market price. Due to the 'haircut rule', the blockchain adjusts the reported feed prices for purposes of SBD conversions. But for purposes other than SBD conversions, it is largely meaningless. Under current conditions, regardless of what witnesses report, the median feed will still end up as 0.198. It depends only on the supply numbers for STEEM and SBD.
It is possible to compute the median yourself by using the array in get_feed_history and get an unadjusted average price (over 3.5 days), or just take the most recent value from that history as an estimated current market price.
