“I have a dream …“
My first post for @swisswitness, so let me tell you a bit about my vision for our witness:
My dream is to be the Martin Luther King of the witnesses! I want us to help people and inspire people, not to be the best witness, but to be the honest witness, the reliable witness, the witness that people want to flock to and follow because of the stuff that he does for the community, which is what steem is all about. The witness that listens and communicates with his community.
Off course there is already a witness like that who is really loved by everyone who knows him and follows him. Who has a huge crowd of people who follow him for the love he spreads and the joy he brings and I am certain that most people have heard of @surpassinggoogle. However he can’t do this work all by himself and there need to be more witnesses that support the community and help this platform grow together.

Now that our witness is up and running my friends (@felander & @sirwries) and I are launching a new initiative. We want to help/sponsor/motivate/join a community.
The idea is still in the development phase about how we’re going to execute this, but we are playing with ideas of promoting behaviour, supporting initiatives, raising awareness, etc so if you have an initiative/idea(ideology)/community/or anything of the likes and want/need help, let us know. We are thinking about upvoting posts, creating a upvote-trail, delegation, sponsoring competitions/challenges and more along those lines.
What we need to know from you is:
- What is your group/initiative/community/movement’s name (if you have a name)?
- What binds you together?
- How many members are involved?
- Is the initiative limited to one platform or across multiple platforms?
- What would you like from us and how often?
- How would you like to be incentivised?
Please beware this is only open for groups/communities, unless there are exceptional individuals who do fantastic work for a community we would not necessarily consider them.

Witness Update
Our server is now running smoothly and since our first missed block we haven’t missed any since. We currently get a block every 28 hours. We are now ranked #115 among all active witnesses and crawling our way into the top 100. This means we are not earning anything, but this we are willing to take this loss as we are here for the community.

we are a group of 20 students from Austria (FH Hagenberg) that recently joined SteemIt for a good cause. Our project is named @steemarity and we are supporting charities on the blockchain. Our first project for 3x21 was already succcesful.
