Great idea and team! up-voted and voted! I like that you specified the team goal. Actually I would love to see a site where the goals of all the top witnesses are stated so that the community can measure if they succeeded or not. I have the opinion that if you are voted for a witness position you need to deliver up on your promises that brought you their in the first place.
