I normally don't read witness reports as it is enjoyed only by few witnesses (top 20). This limit needs to change to top 100 or remove that limit at all, so the new witness that join the network to better secure the steem blockchain will get a piece of pie.
Many good witnesses abandon their servers due to high cost to maintain and no support from the community. Specially if the witness does not have any friends with high stakes.
This change must happen very soon. We need new breed of witnesses to join to continuously secure the steem blockchain network.
