Please note that it' s not the best way to tell if a witness is doing his job or not. While curating content, witnesses does that with their user hats on (it's unrelated to witness duties) and not all are engaged in manual curation. On the other hand, getting upvote from auto trail that someone is part of doesn't really mean that someone is active or even paying attention to what's going on around here.
Ok.... I was choosing my Witnesses based on active curation. I have no idea how curation trails work.
