There is no decision about how to further proceed with the funds. The intent of 22.2 was to prevent exactly what happened, there's no going back. Lowering the amount of individual votes, or dividing the influence by the amount of cast votes could be a solution, but that has to be thought through more.

other than that, DPoS works as intended. You guys signed up to a plutocracy, and just because some people don't like the outcome, doesn't mean it needs to be changed IMO.

Education is key - teach people why they should vote and not hold funds on CEX. Try to get Steem listed on non-custodial exchanges are very important actions

The block steemit part has been overridden with the overtake, it isn't possible to run that version any more.
