This will undoubtedly seem like a trivial matter to some.
The amount so far, is very trivial, I will grant you that. However the implications it raises, questions the integrity and success of the platform and Steem, and needs to be addressed urgently.
I will start with a question, is it possible that a 0.018 SP and 0.018 Steem author reward can evaporate into the ether a few miniatures before payout?
That question arises because that just happened to this account today.
I will add that the same thing happened a month or so ago on a larger scale where all upcoming Author and Curation rewards just vanished on both of my accounts. I checked other peoples accounts, and everyone else's Author and curation rewards were intact, so it was not something to do with a glitch in my system.
I did alert someone immediately and by the morning they had mostly reappeared.
If you care about Steemit and Steem and you have the skill to look into this matter, please do take the time to investigate this matter. I will be taking regular screen shots and posting any more occurrences.
Maybe a banner add is in order. I should have thought of that myself long ago, I must be slipping : )
PS
If you are being abused by the same individuals, it may be a good idea for you to check for vanishing rewards on your own accounts.
A payout must reach .02 stu to pay out.
The ui will display .015 to .019stu as .02 but will round down at pay out.
This is long term behavior of the platform.
Something to do with curation rewards being to small to pay out, so they round down.
Hmm, since the hardfork the math on the different platforms has varied.
Steemworld will say one thing and steempeak will say something else, beecause of how they deal with the curve ratio.
If the payout was .02 or more, and didn't pay, that is an issue, but I wouldn't know how to address it.
Document it, and if it repeats, I will start asking around.
