Upgraded to HF27

This is just a short update on my Hive witness status. I just upgraded my witness to HF27, which will be happening on Monday October 24th at 12 UTC.

The hardfork fixes an issue with the scheduling of witnesses, which appeared after HF26. So if you were wondering why a few backup witnesses didn't get any blocks the last days, that was the reason. The Hive network was still save though, as the top witnesses were scheduled as usual.

The hardfork doesn't require a replay, so if using HIAB the following is sufficient to upgrade:

git pull
./run.sh stop
./run.sh install
./run.sh start
