Nope son goku. If you check the list at steemian.info/witnesses you will see that witness @justinadams (me) is indeed listed and active. One of the main prerequisites of being a witness is actually knowing how to do it. The rest is politics. Unfortunately for us, we don't have 100,000 or anywhere near it. But I created a bot named @chainchoppers that you can delegate SP to anytime and receive a return. I'll be using 50% of all blocks produced to power up @chainchoppers steemit account so that it can upvote all participants according to their donated SP amount. Will be announcing instructions on how to do that soon but hopefully it will help us gain more traction for this project. Thanks for replying
