I'm sure a great deal of them will do that because of the centralized mechanics in place. Anyone who does their homework knows that LEO is 10 time more centralized than even Hive.
It doesn't really matter who turns LEO away though. We only need one ETH whale to jump in to make a huge splash in the micro-cap market.
