Every aspiring teachers dream is to become a licensed professional teacher. The Licensure Exam for Teachers (L.E.T.) held last March 2017 was considered as one of the hardest exam according to Professional Regulation and Commission (PRC) , it is also the first LET exam that was inline with Outcome Based Education. PRC announces that 5,000 elementary teachers out of 53,915 examinees (10.39%) and 18,482 secondary teachers out of 72,584 examines (25.46%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last March 26, 2017 in the Philippines.
On June 2, 2017 the Oath Taking Ceremony of Professional Teachers was held at Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City, Manila. For Elementary Teachers they took their oath at 9:00AM, while Secondary Teachers at 1:00pm.
