The ritual tree / Der Ritualbaum (5 HQ photos)

I will not reveal the exact location of this tree. I found it in the immediate vicinity of an abandoned shelter in the woods. In this article we will walk around the tree once. Each photo is composed of three differently exposed photos and then processed with darktable.

Ich werde den genauen Ort dieses Baumes nicht preisgeben. Ich fand ihn in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem verlassenen Unterschlupf im Wald. In diesem Artikel werden wir einmal um den Baum herumgehen. Jedes Foto ist aus drei verschieden belichteten Fotos zusammengesetzt und dann mit darktable weiterbearbeitet.

Like a big flame, the double stem winds its way to heaven, from it a magic sprang to put me in the spell. At the next full moon I will visit it again!

Wie eine große Flamme schlängelt sich der Doppelstamm gen Himmel, von ihm ging ein Zauber aus der mich in seinen Bann gezogen hat. Beim nächsten Vollmond werde ich ihn wieder besuchen!

The whole site is special: on the edge of a cauldron with steep slopes and soaked with blood from long-forgotten battles, who dares sign up, we visit it together.

Der ganze Standort ist etwas besonderes: Am Rande eines Kessels mit steilen Hängen und getränkt mit Blut aus lange vergessenen Schlachten, wer sich getraut der melde sich, dann besuchen wir ihn zusammen.

This is your secret garden in the woods! The third photo has very strong colours if red and yellow competing in good light.
I could sit and have a picnic there all afternoon!
