I just started a woodworking project - I am going to try to make a finger ring out of Walnut wood and give it a high gloss finish.
I am an extreme amateur when it comes to woodworking, though I do find it enjoyable when I have dabbled in the past. I actually have this spare wood from my last project, which was a cutting board that Jacob made ( 😉 ) for mom for Mothers Day this year. So I am reclaiming the scrap for this project.
I spent one hour on the project so far and have quite a bit more to do. I will do another post with the finished project but it might be a little bit as spare time is at a premium these days, not to mention I am figuring it out as I go along.
