Nowadays, a company’s WORK CULTURE is the most important aspect, Culture is the environment in which you work all of the time. Culture is a powerful element that shapes your work enjoyment, your work relationships, and your work processes. A workplace shouldn’t be something people dread to show up to each day. It is a well-known fact that companies that encourage play are the ones where people do their best work. The place where everyone appreciates the work efforts of other employees rather than pushing their legs and demotivate them is the healthy place to work in. Then eventually people start loving there office, the job and everything and then they will miss working in their days off as they can’t get enough of the challenges they face at work and the fun environment of the organisation. This practice starts when you are building an organisation, before start hiring people-Think! What you can do to make your employees work happily for you?

The workplace is the place where people spend most of the time and this place should be the place where they would love to come daily and work. From the seating to the beverages to the week offs to the work timing to the payment, everything affects an employee. So, before you set up any rules, please see all these things through their(Employees) eyes.
