Thought I'd make a post that kind of goes through what I'm spending time on lately, yes, it's still all very much hive related and I keep often finding myself low on energy for the things I do like to do, such as posting an interacting with many of you. Hopefully later some time when my workload goes down, be it from hive and my projects having more funding so we can actually hire better people than myself to do some of the work, but for now we gotta keep grinding it out!

I recently paid for the premium chatgpt version, mainly cause I've been feeding it way too much data for the free version to handle and for it to be able to remember everything I've spammed it as to give me proper insight and "thoughts" on the way some of my projects are operating and what could if needed be improved. This took quite a while for everything we've built on @holozing already but it's mainly up to speed now and it's a good way to go over everything once more since at times it feels like it's been such a long lifespan of implementations that some times you may forget about some of them.

So yes, I've finally "given in" and started talking to "AI", let's see how that'll go. One thing I've tried it to not to is become a yes-man that just agrees that everything we have implemented and plan to add is an amazing rainbow and sunshine idea, which seems to be the norm with these services. So I'm still taking everything it says and points out with a grain of salt but will be interesting to see how the discussions evolve.

I have to admit AI has crept into my life more and more lately, even some of the creative aspects of it rather than just organizational and aid aspects I've mostly used it for, here's for instance a song version made with AI I actually enjoy lately.

Anyway, somewhere where we definitely don't use AI and has taken a lot of work has been @redditposh curation which I have to admit has taken way too much time as more and more users are joining in and sharing content old and new. I'm not really sure how to continue with this as it's becoming manually taxing even when sharing the workload with others - especially since we've kept poshtoken non-profit but at this point it seems like that may not be so clever for the health of curation. When there's no extra incentives from voting, as I am sure many of you who vote manually may understand compared to just placing an auto vote or trailing other manual curators - you start to falter on how much attention and effective your curation becomes. Thus we may have to place a curation and abuse cut to the rewards flowing that way here soon to try and keep our sharing curation on track. There's a weird amount of abuse, potentially perpetrated by only a few people, which attempts to multi-account (both hive and reddit) take advantage of sharing rewards that we've had to deal with for a long time now. I'm pretty sure the numbers are mid 3 digits by now of how many accounts we've had to ban in just half a year or so.

Other than checking hive related chats, x & reddit in terms of hive related stuff, most of my time continues to go towards holozing behind the scenes.

Currently we're discussing some things like the collection set, going over some of the amazing artworks the community has created either for it or to post in the community that we may approach them when the time is ready to see if they're willing to sell us the rights to use it. We're also going over design choices for the cards, especially the crafter set and potentially even working towards a playable TCG rather than it just starting out with a collection set only. Still some decisions to make but we're taking good time to make sure we go over all the options well and depending on funding how to properly plan them timeline wise, etc.

In terms of our flagship game, the gamedev has currently implemented most of the logic for bag spaces, between backpack, home storage, healer equipment storage, etc and is currently working on placing a logging feature for player's clients so that when certain bugs do occur we'd only need to know who reported it and during which game/encounter to easily go check on what may have happened there.

There's naturally been some time off for our other devs this week with the hardfork happening as they had to tend to their other projects during the upgrade to make sure things were flowing as smoothly as the hardfork did! All in all, good progress lately and we're looking forward to the DHF helping out with some funding so we can clear all the debt we've accrued over the last few months which we are very grateful for.

Either way, back to doing some more research and working on the game for me - even during weekends, but I hope to have some free time this evening to watch a football game! Shoutout to @hivefpl who are still actively running a tournament here on hive and putting out some nice insights in the form of posts. I am unfortunately doing worse than I possibly could in the fantasy league, which I like to blame my workload and lack of research for, but honestly I could've probably done better had I just let the autopicker do its thing and remained AFK completely compared to my current standings, lol.

Hope ya'll are having a nice weekend planned and enjoying it and not looking at the markets too much as it may not do you much good right now! 1 hive is still 1 hive, at least now with inflation being back the way it is meant to be. :P

You’ve got an impressive amount on your plate right now, and it really shows how much dedication goes into everything you’re building 🤗

Well said about the importance of focusing on the fundamental characteristic of every hive: collaboration and continued production as a community!
Hugs!

ChatGPT and other AIs have been incredibly helpful for me to boost productivity, so I think getting Premium is a good move. Keep up the strong work! 💪

@acidyo,thanks 🙏 for the song I was so engrossed in it,I had to keep repeating it 😂.Enjoy your weekend also cheers!!!

How are you friend? I hope you are well. Your plan is very good. You help two helpless families and invest in various projects.

It is obvious that you are committed to upholding quality even when faced with difficulties.

Yeah free chatgpt tends to mess stuff and forgetting things after a while, I tried to make it elaborate a file and it lost pieces on the road lol... I don't really use it that much except for translations 😄

Holozing until the lunch is gonna take a lot of time but it's normal, it's also needed for a quality product

Building something unique, takes a lot of resources from one, and it's nice you're committed and putting every resources available into making holozing a unique project.
Sending warm regards and do have a great weekend.
