How not to be late for work 101:
- Remind yourself that good attendance is a habit and a choice. You are never a victim of your circumstances. 
- Sleep early. It's not that you overslept, it's because you didn't sleep early. Deep inside, you're late because you feel being early isn't that important. 
- Remind yourself that punctuality is a habit, and a good habit builds integrity. Trust me, you can go to another company, start your own business, but your attitude will always prevail no matter where you go, whatever you do. 
- Stop making excuses and cut the BS. Wake up 2 hours earlier than you usually do. Set multiple alarms if necessary. 
- Repeat. 
In the end, it's never really about attendance. It's about how we manage ourselves.
