Negative Nancy's

When you coworker is a Negative Nancy and if she doesn’t get her way, she wants to throw the boss under the bus, how do you stay away from that? I don’t want to be labeled like her. I don’t want to be in cahoots with that business. I am a Lead of my team. I cannot be associated with gossip. I also cannot be telling my boss everything my coworker tells me. That breaks trust ground with the team. I am so stuck in the middle. #steemdrive #1family #coolpeopleifb
