Civilian Dies In Pak Firing On J&K Int'l Border; Death Toll Climbs To 12

One more civilian was killed in the cross-border shelling by Pakistan's army last night, bringing the Indian death toll up to 12. Security has been beefed up along the international border of Jammu and Kashmir.
