some body said me if i was able to incorporate a change in the world what would be that and why? and my answer to this question was that i would have established a barbaric system of punishment for rapists.because a barbaric crime like rape definitely attracts a barbaric model of punishment.in my opinion rapists should be brutally tortured , they should be given that much harsh pain as much they have given to a rape victim.talking about india if we see land of india witnesses hundreds of rapes every day and still the penal policy of india is reformative not retributive , i always fail to understand that a person who rapes a 5 year and 7 year old girl, a rapist who rapes 8 months and 5 months babies how that person can be reformed , how can such a person be reformed who has crossed all the limits of moral degradation. if as a student
