Eyes are precious organs. So eye care should always be done. Besides, if there is any problem, wash hands with soap and clean it before you touch your eyes. So that there is no possibility of eye infections.
Many times, when an insect or particle enters the eyes suddenly, do not pour your eyes, but it is necessary to keep the eyebrow repeatedly. In this case, the outer object will come out of the eye. If it does not work, try to clear your eyes with someone's help.
If possible, try to bring the petal edge of the eyelid on the upper side, then lift the desired object out of the clear handkerchief. Be very careful in this case.
But if there is anything stuck in the gait of the eye or the white part of the eye, then the doctor should take help without doing anything by itself. If you have an eye specialist nearby you can also go to him.
Also for the goodness of your eyes-
- 10 minutes of exercise every morning. Try to stay away from anxiety.
- Do not touch your eyes. Do not rub unnecessary eyes.
- To keep eyesight, eat rich foods in Vitamin A.
- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
- Sleep provides strength to complete rest and restraint. So sleeping at least 8 hours but regularly.
- More green leafy vegetables -vegetables. Eat salad as well as food.
- Let's shake with the clean water in the eyes from the outside.
Remember, you may lose my little negativity because of my great eyes. So be careful about your eyes all the time. Understand the importance of eyes while you have eyes.
