Just don't confuse it for a documentary. It is fiction.

No, it is fiction, but it is so close to being real - it is scary. It isn't like "Parks and Recreation" (it doesn't break the fourth wall in the same way) - but some of the events depicted are so real, I've literally worked in those environments for real!
