<3 oh I see what you meant about an idea that nearly fit tellastorytome. Was he not high enough, did he not believe enough... or was he not someone who was able to wake up. I like the idea of dream worlds existing without you, the story still playing out after you wake up, lots of imagination food in this one!
Hmmm, you now made me wonder if all the dreams I ever had are actually just glimpses of other dimensions and they are all still going on to this very day, without me ever catching another glimpse....
