The problem with AI is that it is neing developed by an immature species like humans... which still fights, kills and when talks about development it is only the economic / financial one...
(A different AI like in my story "The leap we took..." is difficult to develop)

I think humanity will mature in time, thankful scientists and AI developers does not belong to the same category with the rest of the majority of humans and most of them have high morality and sense of responsibility. I have written a mini story about AI as well E.V.E 1089 in a way of trying to build possible scenarios and analyze possible outcomes. Let's hope we are not building the Skynet. That would be bad.
