Thanks for sharing I am new to Steemit and I am still figuring out this stuff. Can you explain what you mean by pump and dump? I am still trying to figure out how to get paid or transfer to bitcoin as well. Any easy links or advice?

Pump and dump really just refers to the price going up and then coming back down, which seems to happen in the early days of a new coin.
