A great morning to you fellow Steemians and welcome to another edition of our motivational series. Let's strive hard and make a step further towards our aspirations and goals by working diligently and persevere till we reach the final mark.
Our focus would be on personality today. When you are asked to talk about your personality, what are some of the things you say about yourself? Personality is basically linked to how we feel, how we think and how we behave. How we see ourselves is not the same as how others see us. You often how people complain about other people's personalities about being bad. It is because they have paid attention to their behaviours and how they think which is often seen in their replies to questions and the various suggestions they give.

Having a great personality counts a lot. It takes you places you can never imagine. In case there is an aspect of your personality you do not like; be it the way to talk to people or approach them, be it how sensitive you are towards situations and people, be it how you react to a situation at a given time, have it at the back of your mind that it's usually not what you think about yourself that counts but what others think about you.
So, as much as possible, make sure to work on the aspect of your personality that gives off bad vibes and make yourself a better person. We all have good traits. Exhibit that aspect of you more and work hard to eliminate the bad aspect so that it doesn't tarnish your image.
You can do it and you will! Never give up. We will surely get there.
