> dedicated to my Dad, who both sparked it into being, and would have loved to read it.
I just read this story after drafting something (which will be published in time) - about my own father. Made it hit a little bit heavier.
I thought that the comet was going to be the coming of the zombies - the extinguishment of some of the excess(es) of life, and the advent of some survival horror nothingness - but zombie has more than one meaning, and I am not referring to the song. :)
Thank you! I look forward to your story that is dedicated to your Dad. ❤️
My settle hint at Rob Zombie through the mention of Chainsaw Massacre, was hopefully enough to cover the 'Zombie' part 😄. But I'm sure Aussie-land has its share of backroad zombies :)
Btw, not sure what song you're referencing? Cranberries?
Give it about eight or so days, I've got a content backlog and more stuff to write from the perspective of a Druid :)
We do have an enormous share of backroad (and main highway (city to to city, and town to twon) zombies) - as well as some places that look like they were slaughterhouses and not just for cattle.
Yes -that was the reference - one of the most overplayed songs of all time.
