RE: Another Adventure

Beware of trusting the main stream science.

Sungazing has been practiced for 1000s of years. The benefits of the protons in the sun does wonders to the human body. Protons are the purest forms of energy, and when travelling/absorbed straight from the eyes, it goes straight into the pineal gland and the positive energy travels throughout the body.

The ancients have used sun gazing to heal body ailments, sicknesses and align the body's natural metabolism with the sun. Plants live off the sun and flourish so much, we are also plants in a different form. You must look into this.

The best time to do sun gazing is during sunset, when the sun is reddish-orange like an egg yolk. Look at the sun without any obstruction, and hold your gaze for as long as you can before you must blink. Aim for about 10 seconds first. It doesn't harm the eyes as when looking at the sun during broad daylight. You first start with 10 seconds, then each day you increase the amount of time. Soon in a week you can look at the sun during sunset for 1 min straight without your eyes hurting. You will feel amazing, you will feel very refreshed and positive, and alive. You are basically photosynthesising, and may grow leaves lol.

There are those who practice fasting who eat no solid foods for weeks on end, only drinking pure fruit juice from wholesome organic fruit, coupled with sun gazing, it is the ancient way of healing.

Hey Jin. Thanks for taking the time to type all that up.
I am very skeptical of mainstream science, though also very skeptical of just about everything in general and just because people have been doing it for thousands of years doesn't mean it's a good thing, people have been warring and raping and torturing for thousands of years too.

But, having said that... You have sparked my curiosity and maybe I should give it another try sometime.
Trying it at sunset sounds like a good idea. I'm gonna have to make a note cause I may forget and it's been really cold out lately and I tend to get inside before sunset, however it's warming up and I'll try to test it out in the not too distant future hopefully. :) Cheers.

Oh, in regard to being plants in a different form... I sort of agree, it reminds me of what some wise sage or yogi or buddha said from a video I saw a few years ago where he said we are made up of plants animals and also the minerals from earth and stuff like that, so... Yeah... I do think we are part plant to some extent and that's interesting to think about. ._.
