I like your concept. The fact is you have given yourself a $20 target per post and this however tends to be working for you, but being a minnow, i gave myself a $2 target per post, sometimes it doesnt work out for me,

A minnow is only what you are for the time being. Redouble your efforts and be amazed at the growth which results. Just don't expect it to happen overnight. Maybe gauge how far you've come once a year, for example. In a year's time you may be a whale whose upvotes I hope for.
