That's awesome and you're so on point with this one:
That's the reason we need various initiatives and projects. We need to guide and support the newcomers. We need to encourage, inspire and motivate them in many ways. That's how we will get them to stay, and sooner or later, they'll contribute in different ways too... And that's how we'll grow.
