RE: A Halo of Thorns 14- Microfiction in the Age of the Coronavirus

That is some fine looking whiskey! Are you normally a scotch drinker when it comes to whiskey? My mum is into the peaty scotch stuff like laphroaig whereas my dad prefers stuff like Juru and they occasionally slip me a tipple when I go up for dinner, but I've not seen a bottle of that in their cupboard (which might just mean it was far too good lol) I will have to keep an eye out for a chance to taste it! I'm not sure tasting like a lassies toe dipped in river water is a recommendation that would normally sell me - are we talking bare foot, finally freed from tight heels, after a night out here or freshly slipped from clean cotton sheets haha. Guess there's only one way to find out!

It is mighty fine, as they say down south. I'm not much of a drinker to begin with but more of a dabbler. Yea, that's it. I've dabbled here and there with various whiskeys, and though I would love to say that Scotch whiskey is my favourite- as any connoisseur should- I prefer the sugary goodness of Canadian whiskey and American bourbon. They're basically hootch for the masses, but darn it, they hit the spot.

Sorry, I forgot to add one additional detail to my taste description: the lass is wiggling her toes. Much delightful! I hope that clarifies things.

Thank you for visiting, @letalis-laetitia!
