## If you don’t use it right
Listen to the song below while reading for a more courageous impact if you’re using a computer or laptop.
I was talking to an older lady at my job the other day and she seemed quite distraught with the way her kids were using technology now. While it is true that most people from kids to adults mainly use technology in a casual way, there is a small section of people who are using it to make money. I like to call them miners, people who go out of their way to use what everyone says is bad and flip the script.
For instance a lot of people complain about wasting their time watching youtube and going on facebook. At the same time, you could be using these social media sites to build your own personal brand if you just followed the advice or even studied the people you watch all the time. There is a repeatable process to success in the online world. Most people, unfortunately, lack the resolve to take the mantle because of fear of failure. And this is understandable because in order to be extremely successful online or offline you usually have to face extreme failure. It is one of the laws of the land sadly and most people would rather just work a 9-5 than to face that kind of reality.
Step 1 is defining what kind of talent you think you can bring to the world. What is your unique skill that you can share with everyone? Singing, dancing, writing, drawing, comedy, critique, cringe or some other weird hobbies you have a passion for.
Step 2 is how you're going to start sharing your gift. Through social media or your own website, both if you can manage the process. Once you have found the right media outlets and drawn out a schedule you can begin the third step.
Step 3 is to research how other people do it, sometimes this may include joining groups or studying under a mentor. You can also learn by yourself through in-depth study of powerful people whom you admire.
Step 4 is optional but I would tie a belief system to your goal. Whatever it is, Christianity, Buddhism, Muslim, Astrology, Numerology, or even yourself.
The best part about technology is the longer you wait the easier it becomes to get involved as apps keep updating especially on smartphones.Consider this I am writing this post from my cell phone. I don’t even touch my laptop anymore and I’m able to bring my gift to you from anywhere I am so long as I have wifi or good 4g signal. Right now I am at the barbershop waiting to get my haircut. You can’t beat that kind of control. Everyone sitting around me probably thinks I’m texting somebody lol.
Anyways point being you have to be able to be a miner, to look at this technology that we’ve been given and use it to your advantage instead of wasting time on it. At least be one of the few people who actually try. Especially on mobile because that’s where everything is headed. Well good to you on your journey.

Everything has good and bad uses you should be the one who chooses to benefit from it or just waste time and ruin the oppurtunity
Exactly!
Even if you aren't sure what you have to offer you can experiment. I played around with different ways to do my Today is series. I accidently fell into writing a daily poem. I discovered I enjoyed the challenge.
The beauty of the internet is you can reinvent yourself.
How you manage a post like that from your cell phone is a mystery to me. I hate using my cell because the keyboard is so small that it is impossible to achieve anything within a reasonable timeframe.
Depends are you using a phablet? ( big phone?) like the iPhone 6s plus or galaxy note?. With a bigger phone, it’d be easier to type. It usually takes me 45 minutes to an hour to make a post.
