All very true. It is so important that we use our experiences with others to shape our personality positively. I'm constantly amazed at how the personality can morph limitlessly, and all it takes is this one simple, but incredibly challenging, attribute of said personality being present: ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGE. Personality is that factors which can let us feel proud infront of all or could be let us down too. So it is really a big deal though.
