Caroline is a really surpresive character, she has several sides and is able to know what she wants and carry out it.
Its more spontaneus than other characters and is...able to give and receive pleasure, let other design how to get pleasure or design her it too.

Just a little thing... i think Caroline wouldnt read cosmopolitan and she'd search her motivation reads in other sources... not so based in cliches.

You are right; it is more spontaneous because it is shorter form, quick dickens style writing. Each little 1000 word section needs to have some action, and move the plot forward somehow. It forces me to be less expositive and more direct with action.

Haha, I don't read Cosmo, but I read that article. I don't know why or how, but sometimes we see what we're looking for.
