Both the manager and also an employee must have motivational and leadership qualities. An efficient leader must be knowledgeable about on motivational aspects for others. An organization leader must be aware of the basic needs of his superiors, peers and of employees. He should have an open mind on human nature, understanding the diverse needs of his subordinates will make the process of decision making easier. Leadership is as a means of motivating others. A leader must ensure his subordinates are well involved in the organization decision making and that they are energized. Instead of sucking his team energy, a leader should make sure he brings positive energy and passion to the workplace. He should put his team/employees first by understanding that he is in the business of hiring, training as well as managing people to deliver the products and services that they provide. Organizations leadership focus is employee centered because no business is better than the people make it function. If the employees are the engine of an organization success, to be a good leader you need to give them more attention. Great leaders have profound spiritual, physical, and emotional energy which is fueled by a supportive and good relationship with persons they adore, reflection, following a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise. After all, there are other things to life than work.

Leadership involves influencing others; this can only happen with efficient communication. Due to this, a leader must have sufficient information to make good decisions and ability to choose words that are impactful to convey his messages to the employees. To guarantee workers motivation, the leadership must be good listeners to others ideas and tribulations. A lot of integrity and problems solving skill also define an efficient organization leadership, showing your workers that you attach importance to integrity can boost their motivation and give them more pride to work in your organization.
