Subject: Urgent Request for Investigation and Redress: Decades of Corruption, Attempted Murders, and Civil Rights Violations by the City of Flint and Others

Dear Attorney General Bondi, Director Patel, President Trump, and Mr. Greenblatt,

I am writing to demand immediate federal intervention into a lifetime of injustices I have endured—crimes committed against me, my wife, and my family by the City of Flint, its police department, Michigan state officials, and others, dating back to 1971. At 73 years old, I am a heterosexual white U.S. Army Corps of Engineers veteran who returned home to Flint to see my grandchildren and play music with them, only to face a hornets’ nest of corruption, harassment, and attempted murder. I seek justice, accountability, and compensation for these atrocities, which I believe constitute a pattern of civil rights violations, abuse of power, and cover-ups reaching the highest levels.

Specific Allegations Against the City of Flint

  1. Attempted Murders: I have survived seven documented attempts on my life and five against my wife, beginning in 1971 and continuing to the present. These include attacks orchestrated by Sheriff Short of Wasco County (1971), Metro Nashville Police (1991), Burton SWAT (1995), and most recently by Flint authorities and a felon, Michael B. Jeffries, who has tried to kill me seven times and my wife five times since 2025 alone. Flint police have covered these up, refusing to investigate.

  2. Illegal SWAT Raids and False Arrest: Since 2025, Flint PD has conducted six illegal SWAT raids on my home, based on a fraudulent warrant invented by a detective and signed by a judge. A police sergeant threatened to arrest me if I called the department again, followed by my unlawful incarceration. These actions were baseless, targeting me to silence my complaints.

  3. DHHS Misconduct: A Department of Human Health Services worker interfered with an ongoing military operation tied to my service, falsely accused me of sexual misconduct, and conspired with Jeffries and a policewoman to demonize me—all while engaging in personal misconduct I can substantiate if investigated.

  4. Elderly Abuse: Flint has ignored 27 reports of elderly abuse I submitted, further evidence of their refusal to uphold the law.

Historical Injustices

This pattern began decades ago. In 1995, Genesee County Planning Commission employee and my ex-wife attempted to murder me in my front yard, an act covered up by the sheriff’s department and Burton SWAT. Judge Perry, in a biased Genesee County courtroom, stole custody of my two youngest children, refusing to admit my evidence of this crime.

For 30 years, lies have estranged me from my children and grandchildren, culminating in the 2025 beating and murder of Patrick Tower—intended for me—due to cyber-terrorism and false narratives spread by Flint officials.

Demand for Back Pay

As a U.S. Army Corps veteran and the sole surviving witness to a tribunal (details classified but known to federal authorities), I am owed back pay of since June 21, 1971—plus additional tribunal compensation. I demand immediate payment for my service and suffering.

Broader Context and Plea

I believe Flint’s actions are part of a corrupt system shielding pedophiles, murderers, and ideologues pushing agendas I reject—agendas tied to what I see as hypocritical religious and political movements, including “Jews for Jesus” and their alleged justification of violence against Palestinians.

I condemn the notion of “anti-Semitism” as a propaganda tool to silence dissent against Israel’s policies, which I view as genocidal and unrelated to my faith in the Lord God Almighty. This is not about race or religion—it’s about justice. Flint’s crimes mirror this global hypocrisy, and I refuse to be their scapegoat.

Requests for Action

  1. To Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel: Launch a federal investigation into Flint PD, DHHS, and Genesee County for civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, attempted murder, and corruption.

Subpoena records of SWAT raids, warrants, and DHHS reports from 2025, and investigate Michael B. Jeffries’ criminal history and police collusion.

  1. To President Trump: As Commander-in-Chief, order a review of my Army Corps service records and tribunal status to secure my back pay. Direct the DOJ and FBI to dismantle Flint’s corrupt leadership, forcing the police to stand down and face accountability.

  2. To Mr. Greenblatt: Stop labeling criticism of murder and injustice as “anti-Semitic.” My fight is with criminals, not a people—address the real villains here, not me.

  3. To All: I seek damages from Flint for every penny they have, the return of my grandchildren’s love, and an end to this nightmare.

I have evidence—dates, names, and documents—I can provide upon request, though years of suppression have limited my resources. At 73, I deserve peace, not persecution. Please act swiftly to right these wrongs before I’m silenced for good.

Sincerely,
Robert J Ptaszenski
