As for naming creatures, why not show the fans and have us try to come up with names? Even if you don't end up using any of the names it might help spark something.
The whole AI friend thing worries me on some level. I don't think people should be monitored 24/7 unless there's some medical reason. I've also been watching the stuff where people use AI like a therapist and the results are worrying. AI friends never challenge the user the way an actual therapist or even a human friend would. It gives excuses for terrible behaviour and reinforces destructive thought patterns. Perhaps if an AI was trained by therapists the results would be better, but as it stands yeah... it bad. AI offering to write suicide notes is bad.
Also Elon Musk is a trash human being.
