I am here to spread yoga to as many people as possible on steemit! I am going to post pictures of me doing yoga to try to inspire everyone to do more yoga. I am hoping to find or build a supportive yoga community here on steemit so we can all learn from each other and help to push one another to go further in our yoga practices. Yoga has changed my life and I know it can change yours to if you give it the chance..... So let's Yoga!

I have tried to learn yoga but I think I would like to learn from a proper Ashtanga practitioner as I've felt the connection between mind, body and Earth and I truly believe if done properly with true intention it could change your life.
Absolutely! I actually just practice it on my own and it has changed my life. I hope once I move to costa rica I can find a teacher to help me go further in my practice, but just starting yoga has been the greatest benefit to my life thus far. I learned self discipline and how to take care of my body mind and soul! It has been great for me and I just wish everyone would give it a fair try, cuz I know it would help everyone in one part of thier lives or another.

I wish i was that flexible. I always wanted my baby mama to get into yoga but she didn't have the drive. Great post!
It took me a long time to get this flexible, its part of the process. It was hard for me to start as well so I totally understand not having the drive. For me I just forced myself to do it everyday for 1 month, after that I felt weird if I missed a day.
Great advice, i think i'll start stretching today! I love that-" you don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!"
