It doesnt matter where you are or what you are doing. Take some time to do some yoga. Your mind and body will thank you! Sorry this isn't a longer post, life is busy with a huge move to Costa Rica. I will make sure to get more serious when things slow down a bit. Thanks for checking out my post.
