Yoga has been a transformative force in my life. It’s more than just movement—it’s a grounding practice that brings balance to my body and clarity to my mind. Whether I’m flowing through Vinyasa or holding stillness in Yin, yoga helps me connect inward, reduce stress, and stay strong both physically and emotionally. It’s a daily reminder to breathe, let go, and live with intention.
Hi @lindard welcome to Hive. I'm @palomap3 from Lovesniper OCD team.
I've been practising yoga myself for a few months now and it's the best thing I've been able to do in years, especially for living with intention as you say. It looks like this is your first post on Hive. It would be advisable for you to make a post introducing yourself to the community. Tell us a bit about yourself and how you found out about Hive. If you came through a friend, it would be nice to mention them so they know you've arrived. Ah, and use #introduceyourself tag.

Hi @lovesniper ,thank you so much for the warm welcome!
I’m really happy to connect with fellow yoga lovers here on Hive.
Just like you, I’ve been practicing yoga for a few months now—almost 9 months to be exact—and I’ve truly come to realize that it’s something I deeply love and want to keep developing. Since I started, yoga has helped me cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-consciousness that I had been missing for a long time.
It’s beautiful to hear that yoga has had a similar impact on your life, especially in living with intention. I’m excited to be part of this community and as advised i made an #introduceyourself post! 🧘🏽♀️
Oum
Namaste!
