on the cost of what i have read yoga promotes mental ability and will increase intellectual awareness of the body, and works to increase attention and enhance the work of memory, and enables to increase self-recognition and reduce aggression, and decrease the tension and melancholy. And in the long run result in peace of mind and a satisfied existence
