it doesn't, this is a waste of time and effort for idiotic reasons
we literally talked about this last time that if someone was to use their downvotes in bad ways someone would step up and counter them
at least this can maybe be used as a cautionary tale later
Its math bro.
One is free, the other cost. If you counter each downvote you lose money. Thats not how a robust system should work.
