Unfortunately these things are region-locked to specific areas of the world. A USA-owned company will show adverts to US citizens (by IP) and will not show anything for ie. Europeans. Using a proxy or a VPN will have you blocked from the site completely, so that's a no-go as well.

Even if you're region-wise ok to view adverts, you might only get 3-5 ads a day which will not earn you 5 USD/hr - these videos are basically a scam, and rarely if ever work the way they're explained.
