I had great hopes for Dtube but today the developer talked about introducing censorship :

a follow up: on Dtube downvoting to 0 will delist the video but by paying the node directly the video will get relisted (unless illegal material) and there will be several nodes in the future. so even if a video gets downvoted to 0 there'll be ways to keep it listed by paying a small fee.
