This is in reference to charges deducted by IDBI Bank for Foreign Remittance. I just received a payment from youtube for Rs.8809 and a amount of Rs. 1225 was deducted in regards to it. When I required with the bank, they said the deduction was in regards to advertising revenue. Is it justified that such a huge amount was deducted for such a small payment. TO, be frank that earning was accrued after working for 4 months on youtube and my bank took a large chunk of it on the pretext of charges, how justified is that ?
I would like to know whether the charges are as per the law or is the bank over charging me on pretext of charges.
