Sure have to reform election... First let the place to honest people, who may have interesting idea to really help and serv the people. Or making that is people taken by hazard to execute what all people want (as having is wordl to say on every decision and law) but for that we need to come back to local powers, then coordinate at state and higher state by personn active for the global good..
