500 grams chicken
400 grams rice
1 big onions sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 chopped green chillies
handful coriander mint leaves chopped
3 tbsp heaped yoghurt
2 cloves
2 cardomons
2 inch cinnamon stick
4 peppercorns
1small star anise
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp full red chilli powder
1/2 tsp full cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
